A quick note on shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, excluding products like acrylic trays, koozies, cups and napkins. If your order requires extra shipping we will email you for approval before moving forward with your order!

Proofs

For each customized line item ordered, we provide one proof as well as one round of changes to the original proof we send, *this excludes stationery products with only name, monogram, color or font change and Christmas cards mocked up by the customer themselves. Additional changes and proofs will be billed at $5.00 per additional proof. If you want a proof of your Christmas card, that is available for $7.00 per proof. We will email the proof to the email address provided at checkout within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays.

Estimated Timeline

Once proof is approved, printing typically takes 2-3 business days and shipping takes 1-2 business days. We cannot promise this timeline but it is what we usually expect.
